Rule 2 – Follow up

Some companies prefer an initial email approach. DO NOT send an email and sit back waiting for a response. You are dealing with busy people who regardless of whether they need your services or not are unlikely to respond. Make sure you follow-up an email with a call and follow the other rules.

The Rules to Success –  Getting the Most from our Leads

Our leads are an aid to increase your sales. However they are only as good as your teams approach, offering, and internal processes.

The leads are generated on the telephone by our team of experienced tele-researchers. We are passionate about ensuring the information is totally correct and make great efforts to verify over a number of calls and track the leads until the prospects move.

A company move is a fluid process with things often deviating from the original plan. This can especially be true of move dates and contacts. This means the information is prone to fluctuation; property searches can overrun or be concluded quicker than originally advised, members of staff can leave, or you may need a different contact to the one dealing with the overall move and email addresses can bounce. Our guarantee to you is that the companies we supply information on are moving and if they are not (after investigation our end) we supply a replacement lead FOC – with no quibble.

The lead gives your sales team the opportunity to get a foothold within the contact company and potentially sell your products or services. If a move date or contact has changed this does not make it a bad lead, your sales team have the key information (they are moving) and from this can move forward to identify who they need to talk to and pitch for an appointment.

We believe that by following our simple rules, being professional, persistent and organised means your company will receive an excellent return on your investment.
